Fawad Khan, who is riding high on the success of his latest offering “Kapoor & Sons”, is only two films old but the actor is already a sensation. Be it teenage girls or grown up women, Fawad has got a huge female fan following. In an interview with Rajeev Masand, Fawad has spilled the beans about how he feels about all the female attention that he gets, his Bollywood aspirations and how he doesn’t want to restrict himself only to Bollywood but also wants to explore cinema worldwide.
Sonam Kapoor was the first actress Fawad romanced onscreen and their movie “Khoobsoorat” and in “Kapoor & Sons”, he shares the screenspace with Alia Bhatt. He will next be seen with Anushka Sharma in “Ae Dil Hai Mushkil” which also stars Ranbir Kapoor and Aishwarya Rai in lead roles. Being a newbie in the industry, the dashing actor has managed to romance the A-listed actresses of Bollywood. Clearly, there is no stopping to him!
On being asked who among Alia, Anushka and Sonam does he think he shares the best chemistry with, Fawad says its Sonam Kapoor. “Well, my first filmy heroine, filmy girlfriend was Sonam. So I think I spent the longest time with her on sets so we are more like buddies than the rest of them. Although I think Anushka and Alia are terrific people to work with, they are full of energy; but I haven’t got to spend much time with them.”
